SetPlays Account & Data Deletion

SetPlays (developed by Taprobane Labs LLC) provides users with full control over their personal information. You can permanently delete your account directly inside the app or request manual deletion if you no longer have access to your account.

How to Delete Your Account in the SetPlays App

The fastest way to permanently delete your account and remove your stored data is through the in-app account deletion workflow:

    Open the SetPlays appLaunch the SetPlays application on your iOS or Android mobile device. Ensure you are signed into the account you wish to delete.

    Navigate to Profile > Delete AccountTap the Profile tab in the app, scroll down to the Account Actions section, and select Delete Account.

    Confirm the Deletion RequestReview the deletion confirmation prompt. If requested, enter your account password to verify your identity and confirm permanent deletion.

Data Permanently Deleted

When your account deletion is processed, the following associated data is permanently erased:

  • •Account Profile: Email address, user ID, display name, and login credentials.
  • •Plays & Playbooks: Animated plays, custom categories, diagrams, formations, and saved play notes.
  • •Teams & Collaborations: Team memberships, team ownership records, pending invitations, and shared play data.
  • •User Cloud Data: Cloud sync states, personal preferences, and saved cloud settings.

Data Retained & Retention Policies

Certain limited records may be retained following account deletion to fulfill legal or analytical requirements:

  • •Purchase & Financial Records: Subscription and transaction history required for accounting, tax reporting, and fraud prevention may be retained for the period mandated by applicable law.
  • •Anonymized Analytics & Diagnostics: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage statistics and crash reports are retained for service reliability and cannot be linked back to your account.
Unable to access the app?

Request Manual Account Deletion

If you have lost access to your device, uninstalled the app, or are unable to sign in, you can request account and data deletion by emailing our support team.

Contact Support
When contacting support, please send your email from the address registered with your SetPlays account so we can verify account ownership before deletion. Manual requests are processed within 30 days.

Important Note Regarding Paid Subscriptions

Deleting your SetPlays account or removing the app from your device does not automatically cancel active paid subscriptions processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions must be cancelled directly through your app store account settings:

Apple App Store SubscriptionsOpen iOS Settings > tap your Name / Apple ID > Subscriptions > select SetPlays > tap Cancel Subscription.
Google Play Store SubscriptionsOpen Google Play Store app > tap your profile icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > select SetPlays > tap Cancel Subscription.
